Well I thought it was about time I wrote on our blog (and I have to say it took about five minutes to figure it out!!). It was great to meet some of you at Pilates and Latino Dancing over the last couple of nights and I'm looking forward to having a catch up with everyone maybe one night next week.
I guess my goals and the reasons I have started this challenge are to lose some weight, improve my fitness, and try to get some motivation for going to the gym on a regular basis. Besides my weekly sessions with Rebecca I haven't been very good at getting to the gym! But it seems that the team idea has already improved my motivation, I've been at the gym more times in the last two weeks than I have been for a long time (eek!), plus I'm keen to try out some more group fitness classes. I was thinking of Cadence, Yoga and MC2 but was wondering if anyone has done some of the other classes and what they thought of them?
Also I had to leave the nutrition seminar a little early last week and wondered if someone wrote down the breakfast suggestions? I'm still on my porridge at the moment but remember that they said that oats aren't a great idea! I can't stomach the thought of eggs every morning so hoped that someone might have some other suggestions?
Happy gyming everyone!!
Abby :)

I get the feeling it is a bit more down to personal preference and what your goals are (weight loss vs muscle build)but what Jenny told me today was unsweetened Greek Yoghurt (suggestion for brand was cyclops or biofarm) with some LSA (about a table spoon), a bit of berries and some flax seed oil for B12 supplement (just stir some in to the yoghurt)
