Heading out of town

Hi guys,

I am heading out of town for the rest of the week; however, don't worry, I will have done my four classes for the week, so maximum points. This is scary how often we are at the gym these days! sarahm ps shame to miss the Viva party, but maybe we can have another one ;-)
