Right, I am off tomorrow. Have very sore left buttock, totally painful mid-back (muscle rather than anything too serious), and incredibly ouchy (technical term) triceps.

Chris, Yvonne and I are boxing stars, limping it is true, sweaty it must be said, but we made it and enjoyed it, mostly ;-)
