From:Mrs.Fathi Ben Shatwan, Dear Beloved, How are you doing today? hope all is well with you and your family,I am the above named person Mrs. Fathi Ben Shatwan, I am from Libyan Rep, presently seeking asylum in Burkina Faso with my sickness due to Libyan civil war. I know you will be surprised to hear from me or read my e-mail. But do not be surprised if you happen to receive it, it is the situation of things surrounding me that has made me to cry out because I never knew things would turn this way. I am writing this mail to you with heavy tears In my eyes and great sorrow in my heart, I want to tell you this because i don't have any other option than to tell you as i was touched to open up to you. I have been Waha Oil Company Libya for 16years before i became sick and very unwell to continue the work that i started with my husband...I`m married to Dr. Ben Shatwan, We were married for 34 years with a child of 15years old son. He died after a brief illness that lasted for only five days. Since his death, I decided not to re-marry or get a child outside my matrimonial home. When I was the Waha Oil Company (WOC) in capital city of Headquarters Tripoli Libya, I deposited the sum of Forty One Million Eight hunderd thousand united states dollars (US$41,800,000) in a Bank. Presently, this money is still with the Bank. I made this money available for exportation of Oil and Gold. Recently, My Doctor told me that I would not last for the period of next few months due to cancer problem. The one that disturbs me most is my stroke sickness. Having known my condition I decided to hand you over this money for the benefit and education of my son Junior Ben, you will utilize this money the way I am going to instruct herein. I want you to take 40% Percent of the total money for your personal use While 60% for my son Ben Junior who will be staying under your kind custody until he is matured enough to take care of himself. because I grew up as an Orphan and i don't have anybody as my family member, I do not wish to leave this money in the bank because bankers might misuse it and it will not be in the best interest of my son who is just 15Years and too young to handle this kind of money. Am doing this so that God will forgive my sins and accept my soul because this sickness has suffered me so much. As soon as I receive your reply I shall give you the contact of the bank and I will also instruct the bank lawyer to issue you an Application form that will prove you the present beneficiary of the fund in the bank, which is if you assure me that you will act accordingly as I Stated herein. Hoping to receive your urgent response. Mrs. Fathi, |

Auto Build It Site
Do video and squeeze pages baffle you? Don't know your HTML from your Javascript?
Couldn't write a lick of code if your life depended on it?
Check out AutoBuildIt site builder at http://autobuilditsite.com
I've just finished testing a new service makes it so drop-dead simple to build any type of online sales... that even a DRUNK MONKEY could click around the screen and ACCIDENTALLY build a site that looks like you've just spent $25,000 on it.
To say it's idiot-proof is an understatement. With a few clicks of the mouse, you can build full- blown marketing sites, video squeeze pages, order forms, delayed 'buy it now' pages, opt-in forms, integrate with social media, run a membership site and affiliate program... and have the whole thing deployed to your own .com live, in minutes.
And best of all? These sites look GOOD. Like, *really* good. No code, no designer, no technical skills needed. Just point, click and you're done.
I've spent the last week testing this service out and I can honestly say there's nothing else that comes close. Lets say you want to split-test a squeeze page. It takes 2 seconds to hit 'duplicate', another 15 seconds to type a new headline, 5 seconds to choose a new design, and a single second to save it. Instantly, that new page is online!
It's so brain-dead fast and easy to build pre-optimized, SEO-ready sites for dominating ANY market, that I'm convinced it's going to single-handedly change the way we build 'direct response' sites for good.
No more trying to force your blog to act like a 'real' website... or outsourcing web work to an expensive programmer/designer. There's nothing to install, either - just log in to your online control panel and go.
So check out AutoBuildIt site builder at <a href="http://autobuilditsite.com">http://autobuilditsite.com</a> and find out more about this great software !

Last Week Coming Up!
Hi Guys,
The Evolution is drawing close to an end with just over 1 week left!
I don’t know about you guys but the Evolution Challenge just feels like it’s gone by so quick!
Next week we will be re-doing all the Evolution members BIA tests. All of you should have had this done at the beginning of the challenge and having it re-done in the last week will show the great progress that you have all made.
The testing will be next Thursday 1st September from 2pm – 6pm. The bookings will be in 10 minutes slots i.e. 2pm, 2:10pm etc
Bookings can be made by emailing me at anna@genesisfitness.co.nz, speaking to staff at reception, or calling us on 520 3455.
If you’re unable to make it into the gym during this time for your BIA test, you will need to see the Tarry at her Newmarket office on Great South rd before Friday. Email Tarryn at tarryn@discoverhealth.co.nz or call her on 520 1447 to make a booking.
Several members have told me that they’re worried about their BIA results because they haven’t lost any weight on the scales. Keep in mind that the BIA test will calculate your fat loss as well as muscle gain. You will earn 10 points for every 500g of fat lost and 10 points for every 500g of muscle gained. So if you’ve lost 500g of fat and gained 500g of muscle then you earn 20 points.
But really, whatever you’ve lost or gained on the scales isn’t what we’re calculating the points from.
Saturday 3rd September – Bootcamp Challenge @ 8.30am & Partaay @ 7.30pm J
I mentioned earlier in the challenge that we would hold a Bootcamp challenge on the last Saturday of the challenge. Juddy has been planning out a way to thrash you guys but we have decided not reveal exactly what the challenge will be....can’t have you guys training for it before hand. The challenge will be relay type activities but it is all designed to be fair no matter your fitness or skill level. The Bootcamp will start at 8.30pm and will be done here using the College Rifles facilities. Juddy will take you guys through a 20-30mintue Bootcamp session first, and at the end will be when we’ll run the relays between the teams.
Points are given for participation so you want to get as many of your team to attend and participate. Points will also be given depending on the placing of your team. Team Captains will be included in the Challenge also J
I will let you know later in the week the points that can be earned from the Bootcamp challenge.
Then that evening at 7.30pm we have arranged exclusive hire of Juice Bar in Parnell for our gym partaay. The party is to celebrate the end of the Evolution Challenge, although all members are welcome. Also feel free to bring partners or a friend. There are lots of prizes to be won including a GHD, wine, plenty of vouchers and more!
It would be great to get as many of you as we could there on the night as it’s guaranteed to be a great time. All of the staff will be there and don’t worry....we will be eating and drinking!
So book for you BIA test, get raring to go for the Bootcamp Challenge and then I hope to see you all at the partaay in your fancy gears!

Doing Well!
Just had a look at the leader board, we are 98 point ahead of our nearest rivals. We are sitting on 1840 points, how cool would it be to finish ‘off the board’ with over 2000 points! I think we should give it a go!

Bonus Challenge
Hey Guys,
I have been looking forward to this Bonus round for the whole challenge J
Evolution Bake Off!
Teams must pick a member in their team to bake us the most delicious cake they can.
We will be judging by:
Originality – Anyone can bake a good chocolate or banana cake but we want to see something different
Taste – Very important!
Texture – Nothing worse than a dry hard piece of cake
Presentation – All of my best tasting cakes have been the worst looking so it’s got to taste and look good
Sin Value – how guilty are we going to feel eating this
Each of these will be scored out of 10 so overall you overall score will be out of 50.
The cake must be submitted by Friday at 11am and the whole cake must be submitted as there will be several judges.
1st Place – 100 points
2nd Place – 70 points
3rd Place – 50 points
4th Place – 40 points
5th Place – 30 points
So get the electric mixer out and starting baking!

Injured Again :(
Hi all
In case you haven’t already heard I have sprained my ankle and will be off training for at least a week (as the Physio person has suggested).
How do you sprain your ankle in boxing class you may ask???????? We were doing a drill where you hop on one leg forward and then back ten times. I hopped back (left foot) maybe three times and the fourth time my foot/ankle rolled inwards and all I heard was “CRACK”. I collapsed, grabbed my foot and screamed like a drama queen coz I thought I broke it lol. Brooke (Zeus team member) and Anna took quick action which was great and Winnie from Physio came to assess, thanks heaps. Anna drove me home that night, Thanks again.
Went and had x-rays, no fracture, just a sprain.
Anyway I went to physio yesterday and will be going back on Friday. Really sorry I keep injuring myself team, it’s not intentional I promise haha. I
Can’t wait to get back to training, Go team Minerva!!!!!!!

Bonus Challenge - Viva Latin Dance
Hi guys,
Just counted up the points earned from last week and Zeus is still sitting on top with Athena following close behind them.
For this week’s Bonus Challenge we’re pulling out something that we did last year…..
Viva Latin Dance class Thursday night @ 7pm
Each team member that attends and participates in the whole class will earn 10 points. You must wear your Evolution t-shirt to earn the points, and we’ll have a dance off between one member from each team where extra points can be earned.
Although there is one more thing….you must get a photo of your team members some time during the class and post this up on the Genesis Fitness Remuera Facebook page. This needs to be done by this Sunday 31st otherwise you do not earn any points for your teams attendance.
The rules:
- Evolution t-shirt must be worn (for those few who don’t have their t-shirts yet this does not include you)
- You cannot be anymore than 10minutes late to the class
- You cannot leave the class early
- A photo of your team members participating in the class needs to be posted on Facebook by end of Sunday 31st
- Have fun!
FYI…we’ve had a lot of Evolution members suggest some sort of challenge between each team that also includes the team captains.
We are definitely looking to do some sort of Bootcamp relay for the last Bonus round. It has not been decided yet what exactly will be involved in the challenge, but we’re looking to hold this the end of the last week on Saturday 3rd September.
We’re also in the midst of planning the party for the end of the 12 Week Challenge. This will also be on Saturday 3rd September and will be held at the Paddington in Parnell. The party was a big hit last year and a great end to the challenge and it would be great to have you all attend J
Keep up the good work!

Calling all Minervans...
I came I saw I Vivaed!
This was the one class I was not looking forward to, but last night I took the bull by the horn and went to viva, did I enjoy it? No, not even remotely, I would rather have done the ironing!! May have something to do with the fact I can’t dance & have no rhythm unless tequila is involved. But I did it, so that’s the main thing. BUT I have heard a nasty rumour that Viva may be our next team challenge HELP…………..
Chris
SPIN!!!!!
Hi all
OMG!!! went to spin last night and got picked on haha. My resistance wasn’t good enough. My gosh that class is hard but we did it Makaia and Caroline woo hoo!!!!

Week 3 Bonus Challenge
This week we have a exciting challenge that involves strength and endurance. Time to put all this gym training you guys have been doing to good use!
Straight arm DB front raise hold –
5 team members must perform this exercise while a staff member times them. Depending on how long you hold the dumbbell up for, will depend on how many points you earn for your team.
The rules:
- Bum, shoulders against the wall with head back. Feet can be a foot length away from the wall.
- Elbows must be locked and cannot bend during the exercise
- Women hold 3kg and men hold 7kg
- Dumbbell must be held at shoulder height and if it drops your time is stopped
- You must hold the dumbbell up using the correct technique and a staff member will time how long it is held for
- For every 30seconds you will earn 5 points
- You must make either the minute or half a minute mark otherwise you do not earn the 5 points
- Only 5 team members are to participate
- Challenge must be complete by Friday
Once all team members have completed the challenge, we will add up the times and you’ll earn 5points for every 30 seconds.
So amongst your teams, decide on the strongest 5 people to do the challenge and come see myself, Sia of Callum to time you for the exercise.
In case any of you are unsure of what the exercise is, I have added a photo of one of our instructors Sia performing the exercise. Sia ended up holding the dumbbell up for 2minutes and 30seconds.
Points update will be done by the end of today.
Keep up the good work guys!

Heading out of town
I am heading out of town for the rest of the week; however, don't worry, I will have done my four classes for the week, so maximum points. This is scary how often we are at the gym these days! sarahm ps shame to miss the Viva party, but maybe we can have another one ;-)
Viva Thursday 7th July
Hi Team
I will see Yvonne and Chris on Thursday at Viva.
I got myself booked into three classes this week and two next week, as I did miss out on Joker week. I still want to get in the 7 different classes for max points for our team.
I am back in the game as of last week. I did 4 visits last week, had to go on Saturday which is a first, don’t want to let the team down.
I’m kind of really sick at the moment but I don’t want that to get in my way. I’ll be at Kick boxing tonight at 6pm and have a rest tomorrow night.
Thanks for booking my classes Andy.

Endo fo first week.
Week one seemed to go ok, Managed quite a few visits to the gym, the highlight had to be kick fit on Thursday, I have never been so knackered, laughed so much and then been so sore the next day. Diet was good the first few days then 2 dinners out blew the system. I tried to be good today and had a quick work out to get back on track but am currently in the kitchen with a batch of brownies waiting to come out of the oven. I’ll try not to eat too many.
Cheerfully,
Chris

Subject: WEDNESDAY MORNING CHALLENGE!
Hi all
Rick is running a boot camp style training session on Wednesday mornings at 5.45am for $5 a head.
This is not exclusively for Athena members and we thought it might be a bit of fun (yeah rite!) to throw it open to other teams and perhaps even partake in a little healthy competition. Trainers are also welcome!
Let’s get this challenge cranking!!!!

Welcome to 2011 Evolution Challenge
Welcome everyone!!!
Well here we go again and I would like to take this chance to welcome back all the folk who were part of the challenge last year, and also give props to those of you who are trying it out for the first time, I’m sure that you won’t be disappointed.
We had a great meeting last night and i would like to help over the next few weeks answer any questions that you think you might have. Remember that you can contact you’re trainer for assistance and where they cant help, feel free to ask me directly or email info@genesisfitness.co.nz
So just to go over last night the rules and conditions i have attached them below
evolution 2011
12 week assisted lifestyle programme
Points for your team can be occurred by:
3 visits to the gym in a week = 10 points
4 visits to the gym in a week = 15 points
4 different Group Fitness classes in four weeks = 20 points
7 different Group Fitness classes in four weeks = 30 points
The points for attendance to Group Fitness classes are tallied over four week periods.
You must bring your swipe tag and swipe at reception for your visit to count. If you do not have your tag then inform staff at reception who can put you through.
Group Fitness classes must be booked and your name must be written on the class sign in sheet to earn the points.
We will also be playing what we have called the ‘Joker Card’.
To make it easier for those who are prepared to do some hard work every now and then, we have a sneaky bonus to try for.
During the first week of every four week period, if you’re able to get to three different Group Fitness classes in that one week, then for the remaining three weeks you can choose two of your favourite Group Fitness classes, and participate in those twice to the total of 7 Group Fitness classes for the four weeks.
The four week periods for the Group Fitness points to be earned are as follows:
Monday 20th June to Sunday 17th July (Joker Card week Monday 27/06 to Sunday 3/7)
Monday 18th July - Sunday 14th August (Joker Card week Monday 18/07 to Sunday 24/07)
Monday 15th August - Friday 2nd September (Joker Card week 15/08 to 21/08)
**Last installment will only be 3 weeks
These don't include the points we award for weight loss and muscle gain, which is measured by Discover Health at the beginning and end of the competition. Discover Health do the official weigh in, including BIA test at the start to correctly measure the body fat percentage and muscles mass. The BIA testing sessions are as follows: Tuesday 21st 3pm - 7pm, Wednesday 22nd 10am - 12pm and Thursday 23rd 3pm - 7pm. If you have not booked for a BIA test yet please do so at reception.
Every two weeks we will have ‘Bonus’ challenges where you can earn extra points for your team. Your team captains will inform you of upcoming bonus challenges.
Each Evolution participant has 2 x 1 week dispensation. If you’re away due to illness, work, holidays or injury, we have a system where the average points of your team mates will also be given to you.
Now if this doesn’t clarify some things for you then please ask your team captains, or contact us at the gym.
Remember to please
· Confirm your shirt sizes to your team captains
· Please pay your $99 entry fee
· Book in for your BIA if you haven’t already
Ok... now get busy
